they're 7 weeks old now and I see some waddle peaking out with the white Cochin. could that mean she is a he?

Hrrrr, seems pretty big comb/wattle for seven weeks for a hen......

Probably a cockerel. I believe Cochins are slower to mature, so a red comb and wattle at seven weeks makes the white a likely cockerel. But, not 100% sure. There is still hope for the Buff.
