Buff Orpington Gender

Hey y'all! I have 2 buff orps that look quite different. Bird #1 is larger, has a distinct tail, and a more pink comb and wattle. This bird has always been bigger than bird #2.Possibly a roo or too early to tell?

Bird #2 is smaller, short tail with a pink/nude comb and wattle.

I think both are cockerels. 2 doesn't look like a pure buff Orpington.

I to think they are both cockerels.
Chickens can very quite a bit between individuals, some feather in faster, so slower, so are bigger, some are smaller.
But both have quite red combs wattles, and at that age a pullet shouldn't have any.
