Buff Orpington Hen and Rooster Chick outside?

I have a hen and a rooster chick that are 8 weeks old and thickly feathered can I move them outside yet? It gets down in the teens here.

Hi John, I just moved some chicks outside in that age range and have a heat lamp out there for them for overnight temps (down in the 20s). Since they haven't had a chance to acclimate to temperature changes yet, I think it would be risky to expect them to make it through a cold night.

With only two of them to keep each other warm, I would bet money that they won't make it.
