Building their own pond LOL

I swear my little darlings are building their own pond. Each morning when I dump their container (after the Pekin as her belly full of moths) they head straight to the mud hole. It started as a small hole they created earlier this year when I was moving around a temp pen. Once the yard was duckified and they could run around they slowly made my ex asparagus bed their mud hole. Each day they dig it deeper, wider, and messier. Gotta love ducks!!

I have never understood why everyone refers to pigs loving mud. I can’t imagine that they love it more than ducks!
