Butchering for game hen size

When do you butcher cornish x to have cornish game hen size? Is it best to butcher the hens for this purpose?

I think its around 3-4 weeks.I don't no if its ethical but if you really love cornish game hens why not?Its really all about what you love to eat.

I haven't done it, heard females are best to use because of the uniform size and right at 4 weeks.

Check the other hatcheries and you'll probably find the same or similar info. Why it would be unethical????

I heard Welp Hatchery, get the hens. My poultry processor gave them rave reviews. I personally have never ordered from them, got my last bunch from Ideal. But I think its time for another round of meaties and I am going to process at least half of them at cornish.
