call duck question.

Ive got a pair of pastel calls which are my first ones to have. Ive hatched some others from eggs Ive bought and was wondering if they could be put in the same pen as the adults without incident? Right now I only have one that would be big enough to consider doing this but do not want to if they would be harmed. I know people house them together in the winter so was just curious if a new pen is going to be needed.

What I did with my calls is when they started to feather, I'd put them in with the adults and sit there with them. I'd do that for an hour a few times a day for a couple of weeks. Then once they were able to fight back or run fast enough, I left them in there.

I keep all of mine in a pen and duck run all year long.
