Yeah looks about 6-8 weeks to me.
Also that is defiantly a rooster.

No it's not a rooster and I think it may be 3-4 months like corewassen87 said.

That looks like a young cockerel to me, may be 10 weeks old or so. With the white legs and uneven barring, it looks to be a cuckoo Marans. In a few more weeks, the long, thin male saddle feathers should be making their appearance.
