can anyone tell me what breed these are and why one is smaller than the rest?

what breed are they, and why is one so small we got them all at the same time, i am pretty sure one is a rooster, i also, they have had a red heat lamp 24/7 and now we have moved them to the coop so do i need to take it out ? or do i need to put some kind of light red or whatever just so they can see inside the coop on in the coop before it gets completely dark? maybe on a timer or something? they are not roosting i thought it might be a problem with the roost i have. thanks for any advice.

Maybe Buff Orpington? It's possible you have a rooster or two in there and sometimes, some chickens are just smaller than others, like how people are different heights.
