Can Domestic Duck be Cooked in Brown N Bag???

mine was incredible and VERY easy. allrecipes Peking Duck, there is only one recipe. I will definately be raising ducks next year.

The duck turned out good . Just stuck to the bag.. The boys 21, and 24 know how much I love my ducks. They are also both duck hunters.. There wasn't a lot of the duck left.. I split what was left between them and sent them home with extra stuffing and green bean casserole.

I need to try it again myself, its been a while since I cooked one. Have a freezer full of venison and might be a nice change of pace. I will certainly try to gather some of the fat to fry some taters in!
