Can guinea fowl injure or kill a chicken?.

We have four guinea fowl that roost at night in a coop together, along with a rooster with my chickens. This morning one of the chickens was dead on the floor, and another one isn’t looking good. Can guinea fowl kill a chicken or could the rooster? We raised them all from babies together. They are 8 months old. The chickens are now laying eggs too. The chickens are healthy. Fluffy clean butts eating drinking. No food changes. Outside temps are in low 50s.
I had to leave them locked up all day yesterday. Just wondering what could have happened? Any ideas or thoughts?
