I am looking to increase the protein for my molters and I have this can of red kidney beans that I will never eat. Can they eat it? I have seen some conflicting info on if that is safe.

any other ideas besides eggs/boss for increasing protein?

Any beans are fine as long as they are cooked first...lol.

I gave mine the baked beans about a week ago and they thumbed their beaks at them. Silly birds.

My girls weekly get a meal of 1 quart pinto beans and 1lb. brown rice. Egg production increases every time. My husband says they are Latino chicks. Never a fart that I can observe. They do eat the rice first.
