Can I purchase Septra otc without a vet?

The veterinarian I work with has me use Septra for skin infections. Can I purchase this anywhere without a script? I would like to have some on hand for when I need it. She doesn't change me when she helps me (she's also my neighbor) and I hate bothering her constantly. What other antibiotics do you guys keep on hand for use with your chickens? Thank you!

You may be able to find similar at Jedds, All birds or other bird supply houses.

If you feel you need xtra meds on hand and want to buy them OTC, then it's best to get on with it. Changes will be coming first of June this year and quite a few medications that folks use will be prescription only.
