Can I raise chicks in this?

I will cover the door so they cant get out, and ill have a light and food and water and pine shavings in it... so will they be ok in it?

I think this would be fine. How many chicks? And I assume when you say light you mean heat lamp?

Would this be their coop then for good? It looks like a nice small chicken coop. Do the nesting boxes on the side allow you to lift up and get eggs? Are you able to get inside it to clean?

Yes I meant a heat lamp.. the nest box top lifts up so I can get eggs easy...one side of the coop is a hinged door so that I can open it......and yes it would be there permanent coop....it has shingles on it now..

Awfully dark in there. I would want to add windows. And more ventilation. The chickens would appreciate both.
