Hatching chicks can be VERY stressful! Believe me! I would probably freak and think something is going wrong if one chick is even a minute late. Sometimes we just need to step back an think about how chickens used to raise chicks themselves and seem to have such calmness in whatever they do with them. Good luck with your hatch....
