Can they see enough to get used to each other?

I have about 14 chicks, about 3 weeks of age maybe 4? They have their own cage which Is up on top of their nesting boxes (screwed into place) I started them inside, but their coop has power so letting them get used to the other chickens. I wrapped their original cage in a layer or two of chicken wire. (The base is solid, so they can't slip out when small).

My question is, will they be able to see each other and get used to each other with this setup? Their coop is big for a coop, 10'x10'x10' and they only see each other fully when the adult chickens are pinned up (although they still have full coop access).

They hop up there and like to scratch around and when I first moved them outside (twoish days ago) they were very curious (adults) at first. Now they kind of don't react to them at all.

Will this let them get used to each other sooner?

Pictures may help. Sounds like the adults don't really notice them which is what you want.
