Can you eat a bantam?

I want to hatch bantams but dont want more roos are they any good to eat?

They dont have much meat on them but they taste like any other chicken. I butcher silkies and eat thoes in a special herb soup. Thoes black skin banties are 8 dollars for a bird that is about 8 ounces.
