Can you help a newbie out?

Here are 2 of my 6 week olds chicks. Are they Roos? And if so, can you tell me why, please. They say they are sexed but I’m not sure. Thank you

They are males. The combs and wattles are way to big and red for a female of that age. I'd try to get my money back or at least get an exchange for actual females.

All pictured are cockerels. They have big red combs and wattles. Females will have smaller combs until they get to be POL.

Also, the black and white one looks like it has an eye infection. I would avoid that breeder in the future.
