Can't manage to build my own, can't manage to find a decent one for sale

I'm just wrapping up a pallet coop build. I don't have experience. The last time I made something with wood was a CD rack in high school 15 years ago. I didn't even have tools when I started. I never had a plan and anything I thought up as I worked never came out the way I imagined.

I found that it helped to set small goals for myself. "Today I'm going to get the legs done," or "today I need hinges for the door." It seemed like an impossible task at first, but bit by bit it came together. And now I have a coop that my chickens were able to sleep in last night!

In short: don't give up before you start, and don't be afraid to put in of a bit of hard work.
