I wish they stayed that pretty! Here's what I'm getting from them now. I won't complain, they're still pretty awesome One a day from each girl!

We just got 3 ducklings on Friday. One of them is a Cayuga, named Shadow. She is the smallest of the 3, and was pretty weak on Saturday morning but has bounced back and is running around like crazy now.

Thanks! My 11 year old daughter sat very patiently for over an hour on Sunday waiting for the ducklings to feel comfortable with her. Yesterday they went right over to her and fell asleep on her!

I also wanted to say that I have been enjoying reading your blog.

Our little Cayuga, Shadow, seems to be able to learn new tricks quickly. Last night my daughter gave the ducklings a sailing and music lesson. If they pulled on the string attached to the sail, they got a lettuce treat. They also got a treat for touching the black knob on the foot pedal. Shadow always learns the tricks first then the other ducks follow her. She can also turn 360 degrees and jump for treats.
