Central PA - splash cochin rooster looking for new home

My 36 week old splash cochin cockerel, near rooster is looking for a new home. If I didn't have neighbors who object to roosters I would keep him. He's nice to his ladies, and nice with me, although he doesn't like cuddles. One of my hens went a little winter crazy and has pulled out some of his neck feathers, as you can kind of see below. He had some mild frost bite on the very tips of his comb when the temps when negative in February, but it has almost completely healed. He hasn't had other health issues.

I just want him to have a happy life, if anyone is looking for a cochin roo or knows someone who is, please let me know.

I can take more photos if that would help.

I won't ship him, but am willing to drive a small distance to place him.

I'm sorry, I completely forgot that I'd posted this here! I did manage to find Primrose a nice home where he is now living happily. I hope you find the rooster you're looking for!
