Looking for some advice about this ISA Brown hen, about 3 years old. Has been less active in the last couple weeks, comb's fallen down and not as bright. Shares the coop with 6 other ISA Brown hens.
Diet consists of Golden Layer pellets and some veggie greens. The other hens have been acting their usual selves (bit they're about a year younger). Her butt's sometimes caked with poop, so it might be a bit watery.

Looked around for mites but haven't seen anything, but given one of those insectide dust baths a couple weeks back just in case.

Isolated her for a day or so, and reduced feed as she seemed to have a bit of a sour crop, and perked up a little bit since, though not significantly.

Just wondering if it's an age + eating too many greens, or symptoms or something else.

Most likely AGE.. Sexlink Chickens do not have a long lifespan. Your Isa Brown chicken is an Egg laying specialist. They lay many eggs in their short life span.
I had a Red Sexlink hen a while ago. (your Isa Brown is in that category),, She produced eggs almost to her end. Then she crossed the Rainbow Bridge.:hit
Comfort your hen the best you can,,, and provide her regular feed, and treats as before.:hugs

WISHING YOU BEST,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and :welcome
