Changing login name

I've decided that maybe the problems I'm having is a result of the 'underline' I have in my login name. Do I just re-register? OR can a moderator fix it for me? I tried re-registering but haven't received a password yet - which is strange, they normally arrive quickly.

You shouldn't have any problems with the underline, but a moderator can change your name. Do you just want the line removed?

I haven't been able to access chat for 2 weeks. I'm wondering if that might solve the problem.
