Checking on breed

This chick was an adopt me from27 March 27 hatch. I am still not sure what it is.

Very docile, soft feathered, white skin on bottom of feet, slate/ dark shanked. Dark comb.
Appears to be a blue
WEll feathered feet and shanks.

Meyers doesnt have any odd marans they have blue copper and blue cuckoo marans

I suspect it is blue copper or blue birchen Marans. Hatchery birds vary and some won't have the copper or silver at all. Nothing else really fits from what they offer.

That was my initial guess but then..my two bcms from same hatch date are smaller ( but big compared to other breeds same age) but the blacks havr very definative copper, like there is no question, that they are black copper marans ..so then started to question.. pretty smart chick managed to woŕk himself in with some older birds but sleeps with his hatch date..he and the polish adopt me areboth good and encouraging the others out in the field and quick to take cover

The only other thing they offer that is close is blue Cochin, and those should have yellow legs, or at the very least, yellow on the undersides of the feet rather than white. If they offered blue Langshans I would guess that, but I don't see any Langshans offered by them.
