Chest bumping question

It's a bit of pecking order, and a bit of play. All of my pullets from the last 2 batches have gone through this sort of behavior with one another when they get let out for some free range time - it's like once they have the room to horse around they'll taking advantage of it (just like how my dogs want to tussle outside, not inside). They'll probably continue to do it routinely until they're older and less hyper and more set with their pecking order.

I think these two are at the top because I see them chasing the others. They’ve always been the least afraid of anything since they were chicks.
Sounds like it. I have to spread out the feed or they'll peck the others a good one. There are times they demand submission too. I hear this squak/scream and I'll turn around and there's one of the Jersey's standing over one of my Buckeyes with their head down before them like they're bowing to the queen begging for mercy.
