Hello! We got another bird, after realizing our bantam was a rooster. She is about 2 months old, and looks to be an EE. When we selected her, she had missing feathers all along her back. A store clerk sprayed a purple liquid on her, still not sure what that was. Later, we realized she had crooked toes. We also noticed she didn’t poop more than once last night? Is anything wrong with her?

How is your bird now? It sounds possibly like she was possibly picked on/bullied/feather pecked and that why they sprayed her with purple spray to cover the “damage” up.
Purple spray for me over her in the UK is this ~
Purple Spray is a very popular purple application using a improved formulation with anti-bacterial Chlorhexidine. It is an anti-bacterial product which is ideal for minor cuts and grazes. Purple Spray Plus also contains Aloe Vera which helps to moisturise and further maintain the healing process.

Being purple it also covers any red or blood up which should stop other birds pecking at it.
