Chick Sleeping on it's back?

I recently discovered that my silkie chick, just a couple days old, has an injured leg, and I've been helping it to eat again, keep it warm, holding it, etc. I wrapped the legs up to help them heal, and I'm finding my baby chick asleep on it's back, legs straight-ish and pointed away from it and it's head to the side. At first I thought it was dead, seeing that that's the same position my last chick was in when it died, but my little guy is still breathing. Should I change this position so she's asleep on her tummy like normal, or will that damage the legs? Please help!

Also, the way she walks is that while her tibia and metatarsus are bending normally, her metatarsus and feet cannot bend, so the feet and metatarsus basically form a straight line.
