I'm also thinking this is a Salmon Faverolles, and it's normal for them to walk on the front 3 toes and hold the long back one above the ground. It shouldn't affect how it walks, so there might be something going on that's causing it to walk funny. Is it eating and drinking ok? Might want to get some Poultry Nutri-Drench and give it a couple drops, 1-2x a day, to see if you can perk it up, if it's a bit lethargic.
