If you do decide to treat her, at least separate her from the rest so it'll have a chance to heal with out being eaten..

I can't really tell anything by the picture. It looks like there may be some poo stuck in the fluff. Mabye it is just pasty butt? I would clean her up under some warm running water and coat the area with vasaline. Make sure she doesn't get too chilled when you are cleaning her up. Good luck!

Wow, glad you didn't listen to everyone who said to cull! Im having the same problem with one of mine, hope I get the same result.
