Chick with tiny headspot?

I recently hatched a mix of eggs from a local breeder and this chick has me a little confused, the known breeds and crosses are:

F2 Legbar x Silver Penciled Plymouth Rock
F1 Legbar x SP Rock cross rooster

There are other chicks with very clear headspots that I know are roosters due to the barring of the cream legbar hens but I'm also unfamiliar with Silver Penciled Plymouth Rocks and how that would influence the look of the chicks.

Would it be a rooster as well or not? The chick in question is circled in green with another chick with a clear headspot for comparison, thanks in advance for any input!

If your hen was Barred, it would be male. It doesn't work if the rooster was Barred.
