Is there any chance that it was prolapsed and then pecked at my another hen? Does there appear to be a wound or is it bleeding from the inside?

How’s she doing now?Well I don't want to jinx myself yet. I'm worried she might not be able to be put back in with her sisters after this but fingers crossed she heals well and can recoop together
She's still struggling to poo but that must be from the infection and sore butt from being pecked at , trying to give her antibiotics but so hard when she struggles most goes all over her face but getting there. I will upload a photo tomorrow on how she is lookingHow’s she doing now?
It is a tablet but the vet gave me a syringe to break it up with a little water and squirt down her beakIf it is a tablet or capsule you can just pop it in the back of the beak to swallow. If it is liquid, this article may be helpful:

A little chilled coconut oil cut into tiny pieces is usally attractive to chickens to peck, and may soften the droppings. Mineral oil as well, but added into some food works as well.
I think she's doing better , although she doesn't like her smaller coop but this is the best photo I have at the moment. She struggles alot when giving the antibiotics but I'm getting a lot of it in which I hope will be enough. Will keep updating just hoping she will heal quick and be okHow is your chicken doing today?
