Chicken can't walk

I hit the gym the other day and came back to see a cat... A large house cat prowling at the enclosure we put my precious little 14 3 week old baby chicks. (Originally has 15.). To back up on history, one chick went missing and I found some feathers nearby, and I've seen some sightings of a huge black cat with a white belly around. Anyway, the cat I just saw was the same cat and It was trying to find a way to get in. (I only installed a roof yesterday. I didn't have a roof until then, so I'm guessing that's the reason why my poor chick died... Then I came and the cat scrambled away. I then opened the fence door and saw one of my chicks feathers stuck In a fence hole... It took me a while to get it out.

Here is the problem:
After that, I saw one of the chicks not able to walk. It kept crawling and movie itself, but it didn't seem to be able to stand up. I put it near the food and it attempted to eat it but since it wouldn't stand up, it couldn't.

Does any of these scenarios have anything at all in common? It's so peculiar! Answer with detail!

Is the chick still alive? A chick chair or sling may get it upright to eat and drink, while giving it some time to heal. Look for any swelling of the joints, bruising, or displaced bones. Try to get it drinking, and make a watery mash of chick feed with water, and a little cooked egg. Any predator will go after a chick if rhey can get a paw through fencing, or get through any opening in a coop. 1/2 hardware is the best fencing for chicks, where chicks cannot be pulled through. Sorry for your loss. Here is a good link with pictures of chick chairs:
