Today I noticed one of my pullets had spots and discoloration on her comb and wattles. My husband said he saw her digging and trying to eat ants from an ant bed yesterday. Could it be from ants or something else? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Definitely possible as it would still be warm enough for mosquitoes. Keep her well fed and put nutri drench in the water, five days on, five days on.
We definitely still have mosquitoes here. I'm new to this. Should I isolate her from the rest of my flock?

In your area, pox can be very common. A vaccine is available online for those chickens not yet exposed. Once a chicken gets fowl pox, and recovers, they will be immune to that strain of pox in coming years.

Thank you for the information. I had no idea to vaccinate them 😢
