I dealt with this problem last year and this is what I did and it worked. The egg eater (and I never figured out which one) either gave up or got over it.
EXTRA oyster shell feeders both inside and outside
Several wooden eggs in each nesting box
Multiple daily trips to the coop to collect eggs (as often as you can)
