She probably won't grow new feathers in until her next big molt which would be in the fall if you're in the Northern Hemisphere. You might consider getting her a hen saddle if you're worried about more feather plucking or sun exposure.She has had it for about 2 months, but she continues to act normal. her feathers seem to be growing in, but then they aren't.

I am pretty sure that it is sunburn, but dont know how to treat it?Chickens molt in Cycles, and their feathers don't grow constantly like mammal hair does. I've had chickens with the same condition for over half a year, but as soon as their feathers grew back after their annual molting they were just fine again.
