Chicken laid soft egg but still acting off. Please help

One of my chickens, and EE who is 4 years old, was acting sick with her tail down and wings out and ended up laying a soft shelled egg. She’s done this in the past and we’ve seen a vet about it multiple times. Usually after she passes it, she’s totally fine though. This time though she’s now laying down with her head down and eyes closed. The egg she laid was whole, so I don’t think it’s cause she retained any pieces. I’ve already given her nutridrench and crushed calcium pills to the best of my ability alone. Any other suggestions?? She’s my baby and I really don’t want to loose her

Check her crop early in the morning before she eats or drinks anything and see if it emptied.
Is her abdomen bloated at all?
Is she eating and drinking?
Keep giving her the Nutri-Drench and calcium.
