I'd start with giving 600mg Calcium Citrate with D3 once daily for a week to see if she's able to expel any material.
Sounds like she's having some reproductive problems, could be Salpingitis, EYP, cancer, etc. which are common in laying hens. Or she may have material that needs to be expelled. The calcium can help with contractions.
