Chicken who doesn't lay - Will layer pellets harm her?

I have a small flock of 3 chickens. My 10 month old Cream Legbar has never laid an egg. She seems healthy otherwise. I have been feeding her layer pellets since I got her in April (when she was 5 months and I was told she should start laying soon). Will the extra calcium in the layer pellets harm her? If so, what type of food should I feed? My EE is laying and my CM is laying sporadically.

It could. If you can I would feed grower feed to her. If you have more chickens then offer oyster shells on the side. Don't really know that was a good question.
