Chicken with a leg problem- PLEASE HELP

I have a 2 week old chick with a leg problem. I thought it was spraddle, but taping isn't working. Leg seems to be rotating at the hip joint. Can't find a vet to see it, but I want to try everything before putting it down.

I hope you won't have to cull her. I have seen one legged chickens on BYC over the years and they manage just fine, especially if they can be house pets and safe from predator attacks. They can use their wings to help they hop along.
