chicken with swollen eye

I went to go check on my flock this morning and notced one of my younger chicks eye was swollen and had a brown crust around it. also her beak was open im assuming from the swollen eye but not sure. so then i started checking everyone and noticed another chick had bubbles in her eye. what can i do, what couldve caused this, how do i prevent it.
