Chicken with worms! What should I do?

So, I have a bantam/serama mix that we think had a seizure, and is finally started to be able to walk again after 2 weeks. Today he had a worm in his poo. Now we're wondering if the worms had anything to do with his inability to walk? What should we do to treat him? will the whole flock need to be treated? Any idea what kind of worm?
