For birds that age, my advice is to put them in the coop and basically leave them alone for 3-5 days. Let them acclimate to the move, get to know each other if they don't already, etc. A lot of folks want to handle and fuss with the birds right off, and that just adds a lot of stress. You can feed them treats, but otherwise I'd plan to be kind of hand's off for the first several days.

The breeder that I'm getting them from has put them in a pen together so that they will all be well aquatinted. They will have been together for a couple weeks by the time I get them.Hopefully they will already have their pecking order established.
