Chickens not laying

Thank you. I was getting worried because of daylight savings and approaching winter. I am planning to move them to a new coop this weekend.

Are you using lights?

no I haven't. Would you recommend lights?

I got my first egg today!! I can't believe how excited I was. I didn't even have nest boxes ready yet. I've lined the boxes and put the egg and some golf balls in them to encourage the others. Any other advice??
