I have a chick that hatched from the incubator yesterday that wasn't moving very well. At first I thought it was just tired but now it isn't really moving at all with the exception of it's beek and chest (breathing). It seems to be breathing weird too. Kind of slow. I have been giving it some electrolyte water through a dropper and have it lying on a pillow in front of a small heater fan but I don't know what else to do and what causes the purple of it's legs and feet. Poor circulation maybe? I have begun to think there isn't much hope but it has held on most of the day in this condition so maybe there is still some hope for it?? It is definitely a fighter.
