Chinese Goose (female) looks different? feathers coming off?

Hello,
My 10 month old chinese goose has been looking different lately. I noticed she was loosing feathers around her bill and i think a little from her eyes. I have a before and after picture. What could be possibly going on? She is eating normally and acts the same, other being a little aggressive (i think its the season).

Looks like she might be scratching her head with her toe nails.

That's what I thought....would she might have a case of mites if she is scratching too much?
