Chocolate splash silkies?

Sorry if this has been asked or answered but I couldn’t find it.
How do you go about getting chocolate or mauve splash? I have a (I think sexlink but not 100% sure) chocolate roo and splash hens. All I’ve seen is choc x splash give you either mauve or blue chicks, no splashes, is this correct?
Would you get mauve splash from breeding a blue roo that’s split to chocolate to a mauve hen? Or would the rooster need to be the mauve one?
