They were out by the peacocks and no I haven't looked for lice

Check them of lice and mites... many birds from those pens are likely to have them,

Adriana, are there any other symptoms you're seeing besides your pullet acting lethargic with eyes closed and shed intestinal lining, such as: Any head shaking, wheezing, gurgling, facial swelling, sneezing alot, nasal discharge, bubbles in eyes?
