Cockerel?

My first flock and I think I have a rooster. This morning i noticed the possible red waddle. Rhode Island red 4 1/2 weeks old. Matilda ( or maybe Matt) is taller than my barred rock and blue austrolorp of same age. She/he seems to strut a lot. Thoughts?

Thank you. I hope so. I'm not allowed to have roosters. I would hate to have to rehome her. I'm so attached. Ill post more pics next week.
