Color of jubilee orpington chicks?

Can anyone tell me what color Jubilee Orp chicks should be at hatch? I got some eggs that are all supposed to be jubilee orps, and two hatched yellow, one was caramel brown and one was dark brown. I've seen that yellow is correct ... But the other two colors? And what age do the yellows start turning mahogany? Thanks for any help. -Cindy
