Comb looking awfully Red

A comb that red at 9 weeks is a cockerel and you can see pointed saddle feathers just starting to come in

Red patches on the chest are common in males, females tend to have more even coloring and when they do have leakage it tends to be mostly on the neck.

Again, the blotchy unevenness in color is usually a male trait and the saddle feathers look pointy to me. Also, depending on what color the hen and rooster that produced this chick, the barring may be an indicator. If the hen was barred but the rooster was not only male offspring will have barring.
2x with everything said in this reply. The one on the left of the first picture is a pullet with female-specific coloring.
 
Sorry but you only have two pullets. The one with female-specific coloring and the blue one in the back of the sixth picture.

That's likely a male, there's dark red patches mixed in with the blue feathers.
