Hi Nifty
I just want to say thanks to all of the people who have helped me learn how to be a good chickie momma. There is so much info out there and so many different ways of doing the same thing. With so many members this site helps to educate me about different philosophies (spelling?) and reasons why things are done the way they are as far as hatching, raising and careing for chickens. That way I can make educated decisions about my flock management.
Everyone is so kind, helpful and supportive. I feel like I belong and am part of a community. Most importantly my birds are thriving because of all that I have learned. Including my 1 week old Hopie. The gentleman at my local feed store told me absolutely not could I keep Hopie with Gracie (momma). But thanks to the info and encouragement from byc they are together and all is well.

Anywho, under my webpage, I have 128 members and growing. I am catching up!!! Haha. The problem is...I have 30 more years to go to get to 25,000. Haha
